it was a person who had an accent, either middle eastern or Indian. it could've been an incorrect number but I responded with "what's this?" incase it was a scammer and they hung up. I know some scammers want to record someone saying "yes" for the purpose of identity fraud. So to be careful I just say " what's this" or if I think I might know what it is about I say "who's this?".
