This number was a military number, not sure if still in use, but when I called back several times it rings out.
It may be being spoofed - Voicemail was a synthetic voice robocall "Stay home and stay safe"
Upon websearch it appears it is a left over viral scare campaign from the US 2020 election. I am a bit concerned that someone is making a prank here linking it to a military number.
