Caller: Visa/Mastercard Scammer

Man on the phone said there was a transaction on my card at 4am. I kept asking which card (debit card), which one? (Visa debit card). When I asked which one again, he hung up.

This is the number that appeared as where the call was coming from, but when I called back, the number was disconnected. So how can they do that?

This caller identified himself as being from the Security Division of Visa and Mastercard. I hung up

Caller: Apparently the Visa Mastercard accounts department!

This number called and the foreign voice (with barely understandable English) knew my name but didn't sound like a legitimate call and eventually hung up when asked several times WHO they were.
