Caller: Blue chip investments

Offshore dialler, long pause before answering. Says they called because i expressed an interest.

Caller: Blue Book Marketing Group

Answered the phone and got the usual 5 seconds or so of silence that usually occurs when you receive a cold call marketing call from a high volume call centre.
Female voice introduced where she was from "Blue Book Marketing Group" - asked for me by name. I told her I have never done business with their company & my number is on the Do Not Call register so if this was a marketing cal... she respected that, told me she would remove my number from their list and said goodbye.

Afterwards I tried a Google search for that company name .... plenty of results but couldn't find anything that matched the name exactly ... didn't waste my time any further on it.
