Caller: Jim Claims to work for Telstra in their 'Technical Dept' based out of Exhibition Street, Melbourne office. Claims that my home server is constantly having 'critical alerts', and needs fixing. I rang the Telstra fault line, was advised that Telstra rarely cold call clients, and if there was a problem with my internet, they would send me an SMS alert in the first instance.
