I had highlight my hair on Tueday 2rd Nov 2011. It was very good that have done by expert ( can not remember the name). The result was ok on that day but the process is was very hot with the heat and took long (nearly hour) after that one girl come to checked and she found out something (I think) and she told other girl to washed my hair quickly!!!
I have washed my hair today (Fri 4th) but I lose so many hair (highlight) and also when I come my hair. I was chocked when I saw that!! My hair now is very very bad from the berned and I can not touch it because it pull of !!! I was very disappointed with that. I came back to there and they said " it is normal " event they know it not that normal!!
That I want to let anyone know " NOT go there"
