indian guy called and said he's from Amazon then Nbn. he mentioned that my internet is not secured and when I said I dont have any internet connection, then he mentioned it's my mobile internet and I have to compromise with what he said. I mentioned that i'll do it with my phone provider and he started being rude and hang up

Massive scam. Lead him on for half hour said called me a mother f****r

Found on my mobile at 5.26pm. Unknown to me. Strongly falls into "Idiotville".

I thought the government & the telco’s we’re putting a stop to this sh*t….
I now get so many scammers with calls emails & txt messages I no longer answer my phone EVER!! if your not in my contacts list & don’t leave a msg I just block the caller….
And still I get 5 to 10 scammers a day…
I hope they all get covaids & die

Received an unknown call. No voice message was left and my internet started lagging. Think it was a phone call designed to send a payload to lag my net connection from Sydney.

scammer - constantly calls daily - blocked him today 23/2/22 - FED UP

I played him knowing it was a scam from the beginning. He got me to go to the W3C validator to find any Tag error and claim this was the problem with my internet. He then asked me to download AnyDesk from the play store to allow him to connect to my device, midway through him giving me instructions I asked him an interesting question and he responded with a sick response, I wish I recorded him. Me: "Do you know what I have enjoyed most about this conversation?" Scammer: "No please tell me?" Me: "That I am wasting your time you scamming c***" Scammer:"You are right, I am a scammer and I was going to steal from you." Me: "Is it your lack of intelligence you can't make money any other way?" Scammer: "Don't you worry I have plenty of money and very rich from scamming" Me: ="You are a p**** of s***" Scammer: "I only try and scam you stupid Australians, I know how easy it is"

Yes same I got told Amazon someone truing to use my account & so I went along with it until he started to get very pushy with me directing me to my computer & I said no don't need to & then I hung up on him... Checked my Amazon account & NO PROBS!!

Scamers! Claimed to be from NBN and said my internet is compromised due to suspicious activities. Very loud background noise and the operator was super rude, so was his 'supervisor'. They asked me to do something with my internet. I was in doubt of them because my internet provider should be the ones contacting me, not NBN, so i said i'm not home and almost lNSTENTLY they hung up on me.
