I am being asked to call them about power and type "y" to unsubscribe but I did not subscribe?

Also I think this is a scam. I can't find this number anywhere to align with a business.

- how can they offer a service without having any bills required to compare pricing too
- it says power and gas ????
- number doesnt match any internet search for a service provider

MY ADVICE: DO NOT REPLY, IGNORE MESSAGE AND BLOCK NUMBER - number appears to be doing rounds from different mobile number - and they must think all aussies are STUPID and cant spot these type of scam

I got the same message. At 11.12 pm at night it must be a scam.

Got a stupid text message saying to press y to subscribe to a stupid power bill. Smells like scam artists to me. Block this number

Received same unsolicited message but from 0435 822 154

Clearly some time of scam.

Best course of action is to ignore and immediately delete.

I got the same SMS (including the phone number to call), except it was sent from 0423 801 539.

Received a text message regarding electricity quote. I did not subscribe either. I agree, it's possibly a scam.
