I apologise if you have received calls from this number purporting to be us. It's not. Its a scamming call centre seeking to get your Credit Card information. Please hang up on them. EAA is a reputable charity delivering essential services to those living with Epilepsy. Though we do place outbound calls, we DO NOT call numbers at random; only numbers of previous Donors whom we have been previously provided consent to call again at agreed intervals. We are ardent supporters of the Privacy Act!

They regularly ring but no-one speaks. When you ring back you get a recorded speech about how good they are!! Pity they don't have anyone there to speak when they call.

Every time they call me I tell them to stop calling but they never give up which means they are scammers because genuine people respect a request to stop calling. Now it is bullying and harassment.

Thank you. They have called me all this week and once I answered the call but no one responded. I understand now why they do that and I had explained far too many times that I will donate in my own terms. I hate to be pushed to donate or support a cause.
