Caller: Clever Contacts Called the number back late at night. Went to recorded message "Clever Contacts unable to take your call at this time". Check on Internet revealed Clever Contacts is a charity fundraising service. Don't know how they got my number.

Rang numerous times over the past year, always asking for 'Troy'. Very polite, very well spoken but always asking for money. Sometimes it's rent money, sometimes it's for a purchased item - today it was for some type of subscription. The number can't be blocked and the common factor in all calls is the name "TROY"
