Called few times, no message left, blocked

No message left, and the phone was hung up as I picked up. I called the number back from my caller ID and got a recorded message that it was from the SES Volunteer Association, and their call back number is 1300 707 344. I rang them and told them to put me on their do not call lists. I was told this had been done and would take a specific amount of time to be effective, but have just received another call at 2:50pm on 1 Dec 2017 (after that stated effective time period) from (02) 9112 3843 which again woke me from a sound sleep. I do occasional late night work for my employer and the phone that this group called me on is, VOIP, non landline, UNLISTED and known only to about 3 people in case of emergency. I did not even know it and had to get it from my phone provider so as to be able to tell these people what number NOT TO CALL. It has been this way basically from the day I got it ten years or so back. Needless to say that this second call resulted in a highly angry, very loud and abusive response from me, and telling them never to call me again. I also rang their 1300 number and supposedly had my number DNC'd again and told the operator that my indulgence ceases here and that any further calls will be accepted as their specific request that the 1300 operator also receive the same treatment as their representatives on the 02911 number if I ever have to call them again.
