Rang me twice late at night after 10pm, as I was getting ready for bed. So I assume it's a nuisance call and I've blocked the number

Caller: I don’t know

I answered to someone laughing and they asked for a name I’ve never heard of. I told them they had the wrong number, the laughed again and hung up.

Phone it back and it's a disconnected number.
