- This is actually a call from Schenker which is the logistics group.
- They are trying to arrange a delivery time.
- Could be regarding a Dell, HP and a few other companies that use them.
- Call them back on 029361199 with your order number.
- No idea why on earth they would use a ID that you can't call back on is this worse than having a private id???

Got a call from thi snumber and they were Divine.... I believ it was Kath and she was so helpful and very understanding to my delivery requirments..... She was exceptional.... was a greater service from this courier company then DELL has given to me.

If your wanting to contact someone from Schenker to find out the details on your delivery of your Dell product I suggest you ring this number and have all details, order number, customer number ready.
