Who's calling us at all times of the day? We wanna know

I have no idea but i got a call from this number as well and I answered and they just hung up. Whatever you do don't call them back. It is a scam and they want people to ring them back.. I looked up the number on the internet to see if it was a company, if it is someone who you know they will cal you back don't bother calling these numbers you don't know.
