I would like to know who they are as they've just called at 20.40 on 29 July 09. thank goodness for caller display!  the number showed had the international dialing code for the UK before it but 029 is the dialing code for Cardiff.  i deem it strange that ICM called at 20.20 from 08453 373183 and thanks to all those people who responded about ICM's number.  You may believe in co-incidences but i don't.  also is it a co-incidence i've just renewed a car insurance policy who insisted i give a telephone number?

I keep getting calls from this number then they hang up - any ideas who it might be?

I think Gabrielle is right. I've had to give my home number to complete some online email forms recently, and it looks as if the scum who're calling from this bogus number have hoovered it up from some such source. As with Mairi and Gabrielle, we have heard no voice at the other end, and the number is unobtainable on ringback.
