called up asking if we wanted solar panels, told her we didn't, she asked why? Didn't get a chance to finish my reason she hung up....lovely

Caller: An Indian male presumably

This guy called me saying he was from Optus, and that he was offering the service of a personal mobile phone account manager, that with such a service I’d be able to talk to someone in a quicker time than the standard customer service channels.
Went to nearest Optus store and they said they have no records of the call- suspect.
