just hangs up and calls repeatedly

Told me owed $999.99 pay pal and would take it out of my account. Never used pay pal.

Caller: Wouldn't identify

Wouldn't identify where he was from. Said that I didn't have a website and that he was calling to help set it up. Kept talking over top of me. I stated 3 times I didn't wish to proceed and he kept going with his pitch and telling me that it was to help my business. Wouldn't identify business or give name, so I informed him I was ending the call and hung up.

"Jonathan" wanted to speak to owners for our business profile, obviously a fraud. He hung up after I enquired for his name
