Male trying to sell wine. My phone had been connected less than 24hrs and the number silent when this called - said he got my number through an optus 3rd party

Rings constantly & hangs up. On call back, receive message “this number not in service”, but on hanging up receive an instant call back from a different number. Very disturbing, looks like some kind of phone number harvesting.
