Then gets diverted to a mobile saying the phone is switched off or unavilable try sending text or try again later WTF?

Caller: "Department of home affairs" Automated call saying there was an arrest warrant issued by the department of home affairs. Apparently I've been doing some illegal stuff. Had to press 1 to speak to a "federal officer". I just hung up.
Just another scam call.
