I have also received calls from this number. 3 times over the past 3 days. I thought it was someone mucking around as the phone only rings a few times. Did an online search for number and found this page. Will ignore it from now on.

Got call at 7.10pm, i don't recognise number. I read here the complaints, and i say it doesn't surprise me it Optus then. Am sick to the back teeth dealing with issues with them. Think some utility companies are also too aggressive in pushing there product. If i want something, i'll seek it out. I REALLY HATE OPTUS.

Grrrrr stupid bloody Optus. This number keeps ringing me too. I also haven't answered but they just keep ringing! Thinking the old blow a whistle down the line might make the calls stop.

have been calling me for the last 2 weeks, at least twice a day. I have never picked up but they don't seem to be getting the message! If it is something important, they have my home number, email and street address so I am sure they will get in touch somehow.

Have been called 6 times this week. Haven't bothered to ring back. No message left. No reason to think it is Optus. You posteres give me reason to think all of you may be "Testra idiots" trying to denegrate Optus!. Seriously, I'd suggest a small party of call centre staff who have access to new freedom and intend to make a buck on it.

I have been getting missed calls from this number too. I finally picked up and found out it was a foreign optus call centre doing a "health check" on my Optus Mobile Phone Account. Well, it must be ok if I haven't called and for them to ask me security questions is ridiculous when they are calling me for more information. If anything, this customer service call sounded to me like a scam call. Bad Optus, bad!
