Definitely HP Support. Maybe they are saying CASE ID and not Agent ID. I had been given a Case ID on my previous ph call.

I got a call fromn this number (02) 8934 4300 and I let it ring out. A message was left saying this ' Hi Deanna (not my name) this is _____ Ranco. Calling about your ____account. Since you are currently not available we'll be ringing you'.
I did call the number back, and this is what the message was 'Please enter your agent ID'.... Phone call will be now on my REJECT list

This number called and I let it ring out, and then they left a voice message, that sounded something like this - 'Hi Deanna (not my name) this is__________Ranco calling about your__________account. Since you're currently unavailable we'll be ringing you'

This is not spam guys...this is from HP call center.

If you call back it asks for Agent ID and obvoiusly we do not know agent ID. So we need to wait till someone calls back from that number again...
