A few months ago, they were calling me every day, then it dropped off. Now it's at least twice a day every day for the last week.

I have a number of landlines in different sites, and a few mobiles, they have called numerous numbers, offering secret shopper product and service samples. They use big retail names as their supposed clients, but all the services to be tested are remarkebly for only one financial services company in St Leonards. Secret shopper company has no ABN, not based in Australia. Steer well clear.

Tell them you have trapcall.com - scared the one i talked to off - I said, please keep calling me, every time you do, I collect more evidence that I send to the police. They didn't believe me until i told them to look up trapcall.com - they hung up when they found it and read what it did!

Got fooled be the secret shopper offer of free samples to review. They ask for your family demographics, ages, work status & email address. They were going to send the details of the arrangement by email.
When they for phone number, I was already feeling foolish for giving that much detail. I just directed them to my email address & have not heard from them by email so far

Havent got this but told it works well to get rid of nuisance calls, even gives you the chance to blacklist numbers http://www.smh.com.au/digital-life/computers/gadgets-on-the-go/call-guardian--telstras-answer-to-nuisance-calls-20150610-ghl52f.html

My 2nd phone call but sames pitch as OP. First call was an offer for $50-$300 for secret shopper at Bunnings or Woolies. Now they want me to meet a financial planner at my home at 6pm (or 8pm) for 50 ... 'but its obligation free'. When I said I was not comfortable to offer the fin-co my personal information she said - you might get something out of it... Sounds like a scam to me. (Not) Looking forward to future phone calls...

Also took a call this evening. Same as everyone else. Have been sucked in to meet with a financial advisor. I am in the process of waiting to hear back from the company that I am suppose to meet with - Wealth First lending. I have written an email and informed that I do not want to go ahead with the meeting and that I am in the process of reporting it to the ACCC.
Can't wait to receive another call from this number so I can blast them and to tell them where to shove their $50 giftcard. When I have called back a number of times. It says the person at the extention Q89 is unavailable to leave a message. Then it says unable to leave a message and hangs up!

These people ring constantly and wont stop. We have told them politely and not so politely to go away but they keep ringing. Then they ring again on a different number but its the same people. Its a scam and dont be fooled into the secret shopper one, or the charity survey one. Last time they rang they said they were calling on behalf of 'the government' to see if i qualified for a solar panel rebate. Obviously a ploy to get as much of your personal information as they can. Just dont answer the phone.

Secret shopper phone calls driving me mad. Couple of times every day. I tell them not interested, go away, get off my phone etc. It makes no difference, they still ring back. Our number is on do not call register, makes no difference. How do we get rid of these pests.
