The call was actually from an overseas call centre. He said his name was "Neil" but had a Philippines English accent and said he was calling about online financial investments. I told him for f*** off, gave him a blast from a referee's whistle and hung up on him. I then called the number only to hear the Telstra recording that the number I was calling has been disconnected,
