Caller: Debt collector

This text is particularly insidious and I’m sure it can’t be legal. I was asked for contact details for my colleague. They were chasing his ex who he hasn’t spoken to for years. How do they know we’re connected! How do they have my personal mobile?

Caller: Terry

This is illegal. Googled my workplace and contacted the office requesting my colleague have me return a call to Terry on this number. This is harassment. Please read all other comments they use mobile numbers and are contacting friends/colleagues etc through social media and from what they can find online. REPORT ALL CONTACT MADE BY THIS COMPANY TO THE OMBUDSMAN for all electrical and water bills phone 1800 246 545 OR if they can phoning you about a Tele communications debt contact 1800 062 058 MORE INFO AT www.financialrights.org.au IF THEY CONTINUE TO HARRASS YOU REPORT THEM TO THE POLUCE BETTER YET GET LEGAL AID SUE THEM AND HAVE THEM PAY OFF YPUR DEBT HAHA THEY CANT DO THIS PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS

This has to be illegal. Contacted my work and told my colleague to pass on message and return a call to Terry on this number. Debt collection but everyone who receives a call from this number should report it to the ombudsman; for all electrical and water call 1800 062 058 OR for telecommunications debts call 1800 246 545. Please read through comments they also use different mobile numbers, contact friends and colleagues through social media. This is so bad and we have rights. You can also go to the police if they keep harassing you!

Caller: Ashlee Wilson Debt Collector

Starting asking if we knew a person, she lives in sydney and doesnt know Adelaide. Would not give me any more information, but was asking me to pass on a message to this person (Who I dont know at all and I told her that) but wanted me to put a message in a letterbox for them to call her regarding an important matter. Googled the number after I got off the phone and seen she is a debt collector. Seems they are calling surrounding businesses in the hopes of locating this person and from the sounds of it hassling other people and businesses. Will not be passing anything on and blocking BOTH the number. She also called from a mobile number not a business number, but gave me a business number which came up with these details

Caller: ASHLEE WILSON

THIS LADY HAS GONE THROUGH MY PRIVATE LIFE TO FIND A CONTACT NAME AND PERSON WHICH IS MY NEIGHBOUR, SHE'S NOT LOOKING FOR ME, SHE'S LOOKING FOR A PERSON THAT I KNOW, SHE HAS MANAGED TO CONTACT MY NEIGHBOR ON HIS MOBILE AND ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PERSON THAT I KNOW...WHY THE HELL IS SHE GOING THROUGH MY CONTACTS AND MY PRIVATE LIFE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE THAT I AM ASSOCIATED TOO. THERE MUST BE A LAW AGAINST THIS OR SOMEWAY TO REPORT THIS PERSON AND NUMBER, I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS SITUATION AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller: Ashlee Wilson

Called asking me if we manage a particular property as she was trying to get in contact with the Renter. Asked me if I could pass on her details to the renter but wouldn't tell me the name of the Company she was calling from - she says because she would have to get the person's permission to give me that information. She said that she had been trying to contact them via phone, email and letter but that she couldn't get any response but they would know what it was about. I suggested to her that maybe they were avoiding her!! I googled her number whilst I was talking to her and said - Oh you're calling from a Debt Collector - then they are probably avoiding you to which she replied I can't either confirm or deny that. I then said to her but you are calling from a Debt Collector I just googled your number and you a definitely calling from a debt collector. She then ended the call quickly.

Ashlee called stating she found my number and knows the street I'm living in and could I give her details to my elderly neighbours as she can't reach them!! Made it sound like she was a concerned family member. Needless to say, I won't be passing on her details.

Caller: Ashlee Wilson

Ashlee phoned my mobile seeking a distant friend of mine (clearly gone through my facebook friends). Ashlee wouldn't disclose any information other than she was a company from Sydney and my friend wasn't in any trouble, however she has tried contacting her for a few months and due to the nature of the call, couldn't disclose any further information. Didn't say they were a debt collection company but would appear to be the case after I searched the number and see previous comments about Ashlee from others.

Called my work asking for me. Because they think I may know someone. Didn't say they were debt collectors. But said they were trying to call a guy I'm in same industry with. We're not. Googled number and this came up. 100% debt collector. From sounds of it, they're going through facebook friends list, and calling anyone with a link to the guy they're after.

Said they were calling about my friends cat?!? Turned out they were debt collectors....

Caller: Nuisance Call!

Debt collectors! Don't give them any details!
