I sincerely hope that this email is taken seriously and the caller "Emma" is properly instructed on how to make calls in the future.  A message was left on our phone last Friday to call Emma URGENTLY!  On receipt of this message we immediately called back and left a message for Emma to call us back as we became most concerned about the message as we felt something may have happened to a member of family.  No identification of company or reason for call was given by Emma.  To say we have had a worrying weekend is an understatement, we have contacted all members of family to make sure they are OK and gone through paperwork of companies we have recently delt with to see if the number was connected to them in any way and found that it did not relate to anything we are connected with.  We waited for our call to be returned but when it had not been returned by this morning (Monday 13th August)  we rang the number again and it was answered by Emma.  She would not tell us where she was from, what the call was in relation to and kept overtalking us when we explained to her that she has caused us a distressing weekend and why she has not returned our call.  She just said that due to privacy issues she would not disclose her company name or what the call was in relation to, but she was "INVADING OUR PRIVACY" by ringing us on our private number, asking personal questions and did not give us the courtesy to explain why our privacy was being invaded when the reason for her call was not even related to us in any way.  This information should be passed on to her company and a supervisor of that company should contact us with an explanation
