I am sorry to say this, as I truly do not consider myself a racist, but I believe this may have been a legitimate business call but I could not understand the thick Asian accent at all. The only thing I could understand was "NBN" which would coincide with the info above. I was so embarrassed after asking them to repeat the 2nd time and still not understanding a word. Just once I would like to receive a call from one of these companies that actually employed Australians!
