debt collector from credit corp trying to be sneaky

Caller: Ashley Chand

Received a call from a blocked number by a lady named 'Ashley Chand' asking for a relatives contact details and that she was trying to get in contact regarding business, she was very vague, and asked to pass on a message with this number to call her back on. I asked how she got my number as I was very uncomfortable to be contacted in the first place. She asked if I wanted to be contacted in case she couldn't get on to my relative to which I said absolutely not, remove me from this so called data base - I let my relative know and she said she received the same thing and to not give out any information. Total scam.

A woman from this number phoned my elderly father asking for my contact details. When he asked her who she was, she was evasive quoting the privacy act. The woman kept pressing for my number but would not give any information. Suspect this is a scam artist or third party collection company. The lengths that these people will go to is disgusting!!

very secretive, she says a personal matter can't give you my details but i want yours, be wary of any calls requiring info, i recently had my personal id stolen ( 7 accounts & 2 credit cards in my name across 2 banks) and i am trying to fix my credit.
