Received a message asking to make an appointment to see Todd, number was not revealed until I returned the call but just appeared as "ToddTime". Number was said to be disconnected! Return message came back as failed! What sort of scam is this?? I have blocked the number!

I also received same message on same day. Says to type STOP to opt out but then says not a valid recipient so cant send opt out message. Is this a scam, hack or virus?
