Very nasty. Obviously scam message as they don't know the name of the person they are calling, never identify themselves & threats sound very American.

A bogus call purporting to be from the Australian Taxation Office, claiming they were unable to contact an unspecified person and threatening dire consequences for failing to lodge a tax return. Obviously phishing phone spam of some sort as the Tax Office has personal and contact details of tax payers and does not resort to such automated calls. Did not bother to call the number. It probably cost $10 per minute to call it.
