It told me my phone was going to stop work in 2 hours and then press numbers for information in different languages

Female computer voice tried to tell me: My mobile account will expire in one day. I hung up before she said anything else. I have a prepaid ph which recently had new credit added taking me through several months. I had only made 1 call for 1 minute since adding the new credit. So either this business phoned me by mistake or it's a scam.
