A legitimate call answering my email to them.

iinet has no clue about customer service. didn't even get a chance to pick up call before it ended. Am not ringing a supposed 'sydney' number. When you ring their 132258, you get a different operator every time who wants to 'verify' your info even though you have a reference number.

Legitimate call from ISP. To call back need to use their 13 number.
