Hung up after 4 rings and didn't leave a message, 96% of these calles are usually a scammer when this happens

Came up as fraud number on Samsung A series. I called back. Said dialling but no dial tone and line dropped out.

They rang. I didn't know the number so I didn't answer. Same number as quoted above. Posing as Ebay is interesting. I have never bought anything from Ebay so it would have been an interesting conversation if I had answered.

Caller: claiming telstra claimed to be a telstra number, they tried to continue to force me to give them information

Called my mobile on a Sat. Probably a robocall but logging as nuisance call ( they are all a "nuisance" aren't they?). I called back twice but no ringing, no clicking, no mechanical sound of disconnecting, absolute silence for 45 sec, then I hung up.
