Called my cell phone. When I called them back and asked "who is this", the young female immediately hung up. Obvious SCAM call, as she realised or saw that I had Caller ID turned off,

This number called my mobile and when I said they are a scammer they tried to deny it then i hung up on them and blocked them

I didn’t answer but possibly RSPCA. No message left
