They left me a message. Press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese. It was something mumble artificial service.

Alleged to be from Vodafone in a monotone female voice and then I immediately hung up.
People on another reverse phone call site have attested that this is a scammer call and have provided various differing descriptions of who the caller alleges to be.
