Ringing often. They always hang up. Can't call them back

Call and claim they are phoning regarding government funded schools - rang land line and mobile phone number at the same time - answered land line then saw number on mobile while it was ringing and was same number as I was speaking to - told them not interested and hung up. Delay at beginning of call - suspect scammers again !!!!!!!!

This number has called 3 times this week, no message left, no answer when called back. Always at dinner time. Do they stop calling?

Received a call today, as I asked where are you calling from and how did you get my number they hung up.

Ditto -- one call, no message. This is on a mobile data card which nobody should have the phone number of.
