Not a nuisance call at all. Tempo - Service company for many products sold by Aldi e.g. Bauhn brands. You at LUCKY & priveleged to have received a call back. I have tying to call them for 3 days. Monday waited 40min while my"important to us" call "progressed in the queue". Gave up, left a message as invited by the continually repeated recording, then also called straight back and discovered they had been closed for 30 min, presumably on Daylight Saving Time. Tried again several times since then & each time ad to give up writing. No call back from them yet ...Thursday new. Previously they have been v good.

It's a service company called tempoaustralia.com.au. Just rang that number because I have a service call open at them.
