Sample complaints we have found for (02) 8355 9604

I just got a call from this number at 7:30pm tonight. Called back, automatic message saying I'm calling outside of business hours, yet it's ok for them to call me at night?? Not happy. I've heard this is anz, but they automatic message doesn't say it is. Very confusing.

Been calling me almost daily, I have reported this number to ANZ Hoax line and Scam Watch Australia

Same missed call no left message or anything - assume to be ANZ marketing

It is illegal for banks to leave voicemails or send sms messages without first speaking to you to confirm you are the the person who will access the message - there is a privacy risk to confirming your banking or superannuation products are with a particular institution to a third party who may come into possession of your phone.
