Caller: Scam

Rude guy called 'Joshua' wants to talk to the owner of the business. Asked if i could understand English and was raising his voice when I refused to transfer him through. Very rude.

Called twice today
But they do not answer

Went straight to answering machine but they didn't leave a message.

Nuisance call.

Calls nearly every business day and doesn't say anything when I answer and hang ups about 5 seconds after I answer.

Indian accent. Started saying that the business phone number does not match the description (and got our business name incorrect). Mentioned he's from "Fitzer" during the call. Played with him for a bit and got bored (I have real work to do).

DO NOT ANSWER said he was from a Web Design Company, couldn't understand what he was saying and when I explained that he become extremely rude and belligerent. Hung Up.

Hung up when answered - Thank goodness. I hate dealing with pushy sales marketers :(

Selling web development services I suspect. I got a new domain a week or so ago and this is one of a zillion numbers (or No Caller ID) that I have been getting.

was a telemarketer cold call

They are extremely rude will not identify themselves. I have worked out now anyone whom rings and cant introduce themselves and say what they are calling in regard to are hoax calls. As soon as I here there voice and they ask how I am I hang up. Best response they are time waster.

I never answer these calls but if you try to call the number back it says it is not in service or connected,i've had this one at least a dozen times and it sh*ts me to tears and they call my business which you cannot register for the do not call thing aahh!!

Three calls of these idiots today. Just get lost.

Called my place of work asking to speak the the boss, male with a strong accent, I advised he is unavailable can I help him with anything. He said no, will call back later. I advised boss isn't in today and will not be in until later in the week, can I please get some information in order to help / pass on a message. he said no, he will call back. I again said it would be easier if i could please get his info as the boss can be in and out of the rooms quite often (I work for a surgeon).... I could hear a lot of loud chatter in the background as tho it was a call centre... when other call centres call, they never give information like he was also refusing to give... he kept avoiding my questions so I hung up... He called me back and said I have a poor nature for hanging up on him, his voice was louder and aggressive now.. said he had an appointment with my boss earlier today and was asked to call back this afternoon... I said that would be impossible as I work for a surgeon who has been in theatre all day, he has not seen anyone for appointments.. again he said I had a poor nature and this time hung up on me... I was worried that perhaps it could have been a surgical rep I was not familiar with so googled the "fitzer" company he said he was from along with the phone number and have seen a number of other people with similar complaints about this man / phone number / company

Same comments as above. Let my answering service take the call and this number comes up. Doesn't leave a message. Daily nuisance.

Caller: someone from Fitzer asking to speak to the boss

They ring every day I told them to take off their call list they argue with me, I hang up

Scam call from India. Currently calling at least once a day. Very frustrating as they're calling a personal mobile number listed on the Do Not Call Registry, but they don't care. Alternates between asking for the "business owner" and offering "online business services". Informing them there is no business does not stop them. Sometimes the caller ID shows up as "061283550184" (meaning they're also doing dodgy caller ID stamping).

Caller: TeleSCUM Marketers.

I block EVERY incoming call starting with 028. My CPR Call blocker is programmed for just that. 99% are scumbag scammers or telemarketers. If they don't come from my local area, they are not contributing to my business. I have told Telstra to block overseas incoming calls and now the scum are faking caller IDs, pretending they're local numbers. I call upon everyone to contact the communications Ombudsman to ban this practice. I little bit of programming on incoming calls at the overseas interface to see these fake IDs and the caller should be terminated, there and then. It CAN BE DONE!
