Received a phone call from this number and got a recorded message about winning $5000, hung up immediately. Also recently gave my number to a real estate and also used it at Caravan and Camping show in Sydney.

Had a missed call from them a few minutes ago (was on silent but it was on my desk and had looked at the phone within the calling minute meaning maybe prank call no time to answer), for once I decided to google the number before calling back and found this site. Thanks saved me a wasted call on these losers!

Just got a call from them today on my mobile - thankfully I did not answer. No message left. Have put the no. in my contacts list as 'SCAM - DO NOT ANSWER'.

Seriously take a look at their website txtquiz.com (thanks Beck). This has been running for how long? No information about opting out on their site, even though, there was some rushed announcement regarding sending STOP to a particular number, which I did not get. If I receive a future call from this company, and my telco wants me to pay for it, what are my remedies. Further, take a look at the "prize" everybody is eligible for - a pair of passive 3D glasses, which "ONLY" costs $15 postage with valid credit card - Highly Suspicious behaviour.

I got a call today and called the number back from a landline (from work which doesn't give out the number)... and then disconnected !!
Make sure you don't call them from your mobile number or you will get charged for the call. Thanks for this page !!!

Called this number back and a recorded message says "Thanks for calling the Text Quiz Hotline, you could win $5000, text the word…". I hung up.

I got a missed called from this number on 11 June 2011, around 13hs. The didn't leave any message. I wish they stopped doing this annoying thing...
