"Michael Damien" called - rude from the get go!
Didn't even bother to say hi - demanded to speak to someone in our office. Was rude when i asked what his call was about he said "phones" - i told him i was the best person to speak to on this matter and the switch up in tone! He became the nicest person on the planet. When I told him that we have already decided on a different company - immediately became rude AGAIN. If you ever get someone by the name of "Michael Damien" just hang up

Asked for our Director, said he had spoken to him numerous times before, when I questioned him more about who he was and what he wanted he was very rude and spoke incredibly fast and then tried to say MY line was bad and could I hear him!

Two missed calls to my mobile, no message left. Called it back, message from Michael Damien saying he's away from his desk and to call his mobile. Surprise surprise he didn't answer....
To the twit "June 24 2021" who said they can only imagine we are all receptionists with too much time on our hands and that if we can't hand the cold calls then we are in the wrong job....that statement really doesn't fly when he called me on my personal mobile now does it?.....Keep your idiotic statements to yourself!

Called looking for my Dad. I said he was in hospital after a stroke, and the lady told me she’d call him back later. Uh, no. Leave him alone.

I answered and he straight away asked for the email address of somebody that works here. I asked him what it was about and he said that they had enquired about a new phone system. When I told that he would not have done that he said, well he is the owner. I corrected him and said no I was and then he asked me to confirm what sort of phone system I said. I told him we just got a new one, then kept asking who did it.

Pushy, rude, won't take no for an answer. Has called 3 times in 2 days, borderline harassment!

Called me on my mobile - not my business line, not landline - private mobile. Michael needs to find a new job as customer service isn't working out for him since he can't even face being polite and has nothing but complaints against him. Blocked the number.

Very Rude, wouldn't give company details- demanded to speak to my boss. When I said I need to take a message he hung up.

He even didn't bother to introduce himself - was very rude and tried to sell a phone system.

i can imagine you are all receptionist with too much time on your hands.
Of course he wont take a no from someone who doesn't ultimately make the decision for the company.

if you can't handle the cold calls then you are in the wrong job.

Totally agree with all these comments. Michael was rude and annoyed when I asked him what the call was about. If you are cold calling businesses to sell something, at least be a bit more interested and patient
