similar story just hangs up ,always on land line

Received numerous calls,I do not answer,. This is not a legitimate call. Can something be done about it. Is there not some authority who can deal with it,we are obviously just a small number of people who are being called, how many others are being scammed.

Said she was from Next energy trying to give solar quotes . Got the impression she was trying to get personal details .This is a scam call. Have advised Telstra They are blocking her calls

Told her I was on the DNC register, asked her to remove my details from their system. I will be reporting to the DNC register but not much will happen.

Just changed my landline number on Monday 29 Oct and this caller got it somehow! I wonder how as I have a private unlisted number. I have read others post about this number so I did not answer.

Caller: woman selling solar panels

keeps ringing my mobile all the time, my mob number is not published anywhere and all my numbers are on the do not call register

Hangs up immediately when call returned.

Called twice two days ago and hung up when I answered. Another call today about solar panels.

Caller: Solar panel company ....

Rang re solar panels and government rebates, however seemed to be Aus based. Asked why she called as I am in the Do Not Call register, she said it was an automated dialling system...told her they need to fix it as it is illegal to cold call people on the DNC register. This was about the 6th time they had called over the last few days first time I answered .

Received 3 calls from them but they hang up before I get to my mobile phone. No messages.

Received a missed call from the number I put mine on private and called back it's something about education as the answering machine said very weird I have not signed up

It did take awhile for her to answer when I said hello. It was a call about education/career services. Pleasant woman but not sure where they got my details. Def an unsolicited call.

Called me alost everyday and hangs up when I answer. Wtf?!

I got called by this number when I answered it hung up on me.

I don't know how he got my name and number. He directly hang up when I asked who's calling from.

They called me at work and I answered
Just some person asking about a survey
I hung up on them

I called back number (02) 8317 4300 rang 3 times then gets disconnected automatically.
