Myself and work mates have been called several times on our personal mobile numbers with the same message as all the above - scammers that don't give up!

I had someone from First Assist calling, said his name is Sean, but from a QLD number - (07) 3053 8748. Same scam.

Same. Just got a phone call asking if a vehicle of mine had been involved in an accident in the last 12 months. I said no. But they knew my full name and all. Told me that they would take my name off data base etc. I rang the number back from private number and it sounded like a fax machine. SCAM

Same as everyone else above. I pressed him for more details such as location, date and time of accident and he folded. He was talking about a database that apparently showed him all these details, and I asked him for the name of the database and he then hung up on me.

2 calls today from this number. I cleared one of the calls then they block the number and call back

Someone calling from First Assist. I asked for a return number to call back and verify their information. They asked why would I want to do that.
Scam.

Got a call today from this number saying they were first assist and that id been involved in a traffic accident in the last 12 months which is not right...they said they would take my name off database so i dont receive any more calls..hav heard about this before..some kind of scam!!!!

Very fast talking, asked him to repeat himself. He then asked me if I've been in an accident within the last 12 months, saw a report on the news about these guys... absolute scam!!!! No thank you and hung up...

called saying i had been in an accidenr when i stated that i fo not have a car they said that i may have been the passenger. pls scam

They say they are First Assist calling about a traffic incident I've been involved in this year. Phishing for personal details, I suspect! I hung up on them.

Same as above, I said I hadn't had a accident and asked which vehicle was flagged and the caller hung up.

Call from a company called First Assist saying they had my name and number as I had had an accident in the last 12 months and wanted to check if I had all my legal needs met. First claimed they were an agency, I asked them to clarify - they are a company.

They called speaking very fast and saying that my car is involve in car accident.
But i don not own a car. Clearly this is a scammer trying get information of me.

Call from what they called Rapid response - saying my name and number had been highlighted because my vehicle may have been involved in accident in the last 12 mths. I said sounds like you may be a scammer & they hung up.

Someone who said he was from First Assist calling because I'd come up in their database as having had an accident recently. Had my name. Called several times despite being asked to take my number of the list.
