Recieved a call twice from this number.. Saying my name and acc number saying i owe money.. I have no overdue bill with Vodaphone and can see 18 complaints against the number.. Sounds like scam, won't be returning call.

Received 2 calls from this number. The first one a lady left an automated message from Vodafone saying my bill has not been paid but I had left Vodafone. Just received another call. I waited and contemplated answering, but I did. All I heard was music. Blocked Immediately.

Just received a call from Commercial Credit who said they are a debit collection company! saying I owe money to Vodafone, called Vodafone who said I had no money owing. SCAM!

I didn't answer the call. Caller left a voicemail started with 4 seconds no voice at all, then goes " This is message for 'Y(pre-recorded)', we are trying to contact you regarding your Vodafone account, please call 1300 650 405, quoting account number: '(08) 7831 3983 (pre-recorded)' urgently. I do have Vodafone account, but I don't have any issue with it. I believe it's a scam, have blocked it already.

I have been getting a call from this number nearly every day for about a week and a half. All that happens when I answer is I get blasted with music. I will be blocking this number.

I have received two calls from this number within a fortnight. Both times I avoided answering and got voicemail from them that was just 20 seconds of hold music. I don't trust this at all.

Going to report the scam to police,sick and tired being contacted by the recorded message when don’t have account with Vodafone and also requesting a person who is not me.

Get called from this number twice in this week. Put me hold on music. Return the call and found music is playing. Cut the call immediately

last few weeks randomly receive call from this Number (02) 8310 8804 , when i answer is only music is playing , finally i return this call from my mobile number which received call to, and answered by a guy with fluent Australian accent, off course after same music playing when i was receiving call from above number, i decided to record this conversation, prompt his guy that this conversation get recorded by me , he replied yes this call also might get recorded by us , same response .i asked who is this and why am i receiving call from this number when only play music ?? he replied are you calling when only playing music. replied yes we have your number and your name .... and Vodafone asked us to call on their behalf , please confirm your address and Date of birth before we can go further , so i don't have any account with Vodafone except KOGAN account which is using vodafone Network and is already being paid for whole year as prepaid account . i replied have no account with Vodafone and iof there is any request i want to receive it by mail to My address in writing and if receive any more call from you guys i will take legal action and report you to Telecommunication ombudsmen , the guy replied we can not put in writing !!! well what would be the case of they or Vodafone concern about any possible account issues when can not put it in writing ??????? so i believe there is a major fraud and issues there and need to be addressed to public and government authorities .

Just music. Belongs to a telco Debt collector. I got in touch with my phone company and there is no debt. They are scammers.

I believe it was vodafone, However it is very unprofessional to call someone and leave them on recorded music. THen the person asks for my full details. I don't think so.

I also keep receiving calls from this number. Noone on the line. I call back and just hear music. I think this is SPAM

Have had this number ring a few times on my sons phone which he ignored and rang today again and I answered the call. No one there just music playing

Did not answer because I didn't recognise the number. They leave a voicemail message which is the same every time saying 'we are trying to call you' but with no mention of who the 'we' is. Called the number back from a landline and there is just on hold music.

Answered phone call and said “hello” a few times but it was just silence so I just hanged up
