Caller: Employsure Absolutely NOT scammers. I am only here to find out who I had a missed call from. They would be calling me as I registered for a free webinar yesterday, which was very informative btw. They are a legitimate company who I have used in the past to help with a workplace problem regarding a redundancy. In the end, we didn't need to engage them but they gave us a lot of advise for free! Plus they never hassled me to sign up either. They are currently running a free Facebook chat everyday to help employers wade through the minefield of JobKeeper & other Covid-19 issues, which has helped me immeasurably & there are hundreds of people tuning in every day.

Employsure are being taken to court by the ACCC. There contracts are criminal and there overpriced and are not worth a cent.

Caller: Employsure They offer compliance advise and charge $$$$$. They are scammers and using cold call tactics to contact you under so many numbers. I have blocked all their numbers but this one got through. They have called from the following numbers:(02) 8218 8217, (02) 9199 8427, (02) 8123 3625, 0432 635 643

No - the ACCC won the court case and $3m penalty from Employsure for misleading conduct. The ACCC pursued the case after receiving over 100 complaints from small business regarding Employsure include unfair business practices and contract terms.

Caller: Looks like Employsure are at it again As a bookkeeper, I am aware of them and the 'advice' they provide. Unfortunately sometimes the advise in incorrect, but the worst thing is the subscription they tie you to. It's a contract a long period and incredibly expensive. Very hard to terminate/end. It is so bad that ACCC had fined them huge amounts of money for false advertising and pretending to be Fair Work.......................... Just google "Wages Enquiry" and see who comes up forst, It's not Fairwork, it's a variant on their URL. Incredibly deceptive

Caller: Employsure I had an absolutely terrible experience with Employsure. I strongly advise reading the contract thoroughly before signing. The contract is binding and expensive. It took two or three calls just to get a response, and I was often transferred between multiple representatives before my questions were answered.
Attempting to cancel the contract was extremely difficult. Despite sending emails and making multiple calls, I was repeatedly transferred without any resolution. They never responded to my emails, and when I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that only a specific representative could cancel the contract, and it would come with a substantial fee.
Employsure tries to retain clients by making lofty promises and overselling their services.

Caller: Employsure I have just received a phone call and when I answered the phone the first things I heard were giggles and the word F**K. How unprofessional is that. She asked "are you in HR" , I said "NO I am not in HR and I definitely don't use that sort of language when i am calling someone either." and then i hung up. I hope the call was reordered for all "Coaching and Training purposes" not that she told me at the start of her call. SCAM going on the number they used.

Caller: Employsure offer free information then try to sell services & they do not make it clear they are going to call you when you subscribe for the information
Other organisations offer free information & do not then use you contact details to try to sell a service - which is overpriced

Caller: Employsure Apparently a legitimate company but without doubt scammers, they get your name and number by paying high priced Google ads and intercepting calls and enquiries to the government body Fairwork, once they get your name and number they never leave you alone.
