I missed several calls from this number. I rang back and got a recorded message which said it was a follow up message regarding the accident I had recently been involved in and I may have been entitled to claim some money.
I havent been in any accidents - scam

Rings my mobile once a week, I answer, no one says anything, hangs up after 3 seconds.

Total scam. Got a call telling me I could claim on a minor accident I had been in, told the guy I hadn't had an accident for years and he hung up. This is the 6th time I had spoken to them and have just blocked the number. How did they even get my details? I have removed my number from all public registers.

As above challenged the guy on the phone and he got quite narky and hung up

lowlife who resorts to being a sarcastic superior being when challenged. I think next time I will just whistle, loudly. If you are an umpire you may have an appropriate tool to deal with these waste of time con-artists. After I swore at him, because he wouldn't shut up, the caller told me I would receive many more calls now. I am waiting. He is probably monitoring this site just to see how many people he is pissing off.

Calling in the Kempsey area - scam re car accident

I got the same call. Scammers told them off, they got nasty. Was talking to a friend they said even though the phone number comes up Sydney Australia, they could be phoning from Johannesburg South Africa. That'd be right!!!

Car accident scam, they knew my full name too which was scary. Told them it was a scam and that I'm reporting them to the police and she hung up immediately.

spam, they tried to tell me I was in a car accident and there was unclaimed monies, but when I ask about the rego they hang up.
PLUS they ring my ex husband and claim the same thing.

This is a scam, esure company with people that have English accents telling me that money has been set aside for my injuries sustained in an accident I had. Absolute load of BS. Blocked the number.

These guys are scum bags. Don't answer this number as they do tell you that you have been in an accident and get VERY aggressive when you tell them you haven't. They are horrible, poor excuses for human beings. Why can't these numbers be disconnected by the authorities once they have had this many complaints? I hate to think about the number of innocent people they will manage to scam, often the elderly.

Rung again today - scammer central

Definitely a scam. Guy with an English accent keeps calling me "about an accident that I had in the last 12 months". I have never had an accident. When I questioned him in detail the first time he became very rude and aggressive, especially when I tried to get details about who he is calling on behalf of and how he got my details. I told him the first time not to contact again, but he called back a few weeks later. I am not usually that easily intimidated, but I did find him really aggressive and threatening so I'm glad that some others on this website were able to get the last laugh. Great work, you guys!
