Keep getting calls abot 5 in a week but no one on the other end

These people have rung me a number of times in the space of a week, from 3 or 4 different numbers. I don't answer them and the only way I know it is the same people is through checking sites like this....

Rang twice in 1 hour and both times I answered with silence. The third time, within another hour I said "Hello" and was presented with a sales speech about life insurance.
