but they never let it ring long enough for me to answer.

I also got a call from this number, I answered and they hung up straight away. When i called back, they said the same as GM said.....
How do you know its NRMA? Why are they doing it?

I've gotten a few missed calls from this number, my NRMA membership is about to expire so I'm guessing it's them. I keep getting so many calls from random numbers that I've stopped answering numbers I don't recognize, I'm on the do not call list but these organisations are still allowed to call
