this number call me to many times from WEST PACK im no give any informacion and they still call me if this im not ansewr this numberis importan or urgent the Banck can send me a letter. or give mensenger im not answer this number.

I have been receiving call from this number numerous timevery week- question is why aren't they' leaving any message's?

As an employee of Westpac, I can confirm this. It is an automated diaper that picks up if you are late on a credit card, personal loan or equipment/auto finance product payment.

And yes, missed my credit card payment. They are just reminders to ensure your credit history doesn’t go to buggery.

As for the person who said Westpac don’t use these, checked with Westpac themselves… We do.

Don’t give your information to anyone. If they ask for information, just say will ring you back on the number on your website.

Even these genuine numbers are being spoofed now.

SCAM SCAM SCAM (02) 8093 1106 Have rung my landline and mobile a total of 4 times in the last 24 hours. After the first call which was a robot voice with a pause and then my name I hung up and rang Westpac. They told me that they never use a recorded message to contact customers. I can vouch for this as they rang my landline about 5 years ago when I was in Katherine and attempting to buy fuel for the second time in 14 hours. They rang home and asked my wife to get me to ring them. At that stage they did not have my mobile. They have it now but not my landline.

Rings - says message left but only says Christian name and call ends.

The caller is Westpac - so much for customer service and they preach they value their customers - ARE YOU SERIOUS - what a load of BS .
Treating customers with contempt and arrogance , definitely changing banks now .

Called Westpac via their direct number, they confirmed no issues with my account and that the call was most likely a scam call.

This is probably wrong - this number is likely a scam. I know it identifies itself as Westpac, but read the other comments - many people are getting the call that don't have westpac accounts.
