Calls regarding a car accident. Then asks if any of my family has had a car accident.

Our home phone has been plagued by this person ringing from what seems to be a sweatshop call centre. English was not the guys fist language, but his pitch is "I am calling about the car accident that you had" When questioned he said it was where the other car ran into your back bumper. We usually just answer with something silly and he hangs up when he realises we are taking the piss.
