Is a recorded message that says if you don't call back you'll get a lawsuit against you, that you will be arrested and a warrant issued for your arrest.

I have voice to text message and what they left was convoluted. Something about a file under my name and that "The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. is 02". What a load of crap. Did not sound like English is their first language. If they were legit like the ATO it would be 'pls call xx and quote reference no. xx.

same happened to me. Have reported it to ACCC

Also got called re lawsuit from taxdepartment call back immediately

a message came through I was to receive a lawsuit if I don't call back - this happened to me too. They said they were from the ATO.
